Article summary

Before you subscribe to one of our plans, it's good to first understand the benefits that come with each plan, so that you're not paying for features you don't require. If you need a quick refresher on the different plans we offer, take a look here.

Keywords

Before we go through this guide, it's important that we first define the following keywords:

  • 360 & 180 Surveys are your individual feedback surveys where an individual is rated by others. A 360-degree survey is designed for an individual to be rated by those around them (e.g., their manager, peers, direct reports, etc). A 180-degree survey involves an individual and one other party - usually their manager. Some of our most popular templates are: Emotional Intelligence 360, Leadership Development 360 and the 180 Performance Development.

  • Pulse Surveys are our version of "free" surveys where there everyone responds to the same set of questions - usually targeted at an entity. Some of our most popular templates include: Employee Engagement Survey, Workforce Mental Health, and the Customer Feedback Survey

  • Active Respondent Limit is the maximum amount of respondents you can have in active surveys at any given time. For example, if you were to launch five 360-surveys, each with 10 respondents, the total active respondent count is 50. As each survey is completed and closed, the count will decrease accordingly, and ultimately resets to 0 when all surveys are closed.

  • White Label Customizations refer to the custom branding of your account with your own banners and logos on both the survey portal and the reports. You will also have access to a colour palette where you can change the colours up to 15 aspects of the platform/report.

Plan Options

To select the best plan to grow your organization, ask yourself the following questions:

1. What surveys will I be launching, both now, and in the future?
If Leadership 360's are your main focus, then the Basic Plan will accomodate your needs. In addition, you'll have access to the 180 surveys, allowing you to schedule performance reviews and monthly one-on-ones.

However, if you intend to utilise our pulse survey functionality to launch employee engagement surveys, you'll need our Professional Plan (includes 360's, 180's & Pulse). Keep in mind that you can upgrade your plan at anytime. If the intention is to start off with 360 surveys and gradually move onto engagement surveys, subscribe to a Basic plan for now and upgrade later.

2. I only need the 360's and 180's, but the 100 Active Respondent Limit on the Basic Plan is not sufficient for my group of respondents?
You'll need to subscribe to the Professional Plan which has a 500 Active Respondent Limit. While we do offer Basic Plans with higher Active Respondent Limits, the standard Professional Plan offers the most cost-effective way to run surveys with larger amounts of participants on our platform.

3. What is the Professional Plus Plan?
The Professional Plus Plan can vary depending on your specific requirements. It takes the standard Professional Plan as a base, and allows you to pick and choose add-ons, some of which includes:

  • Custom Branding & Colour Palette
  • Increased Active Respondent Limit
  • Master Account & Sub-Accounts
  • API Integrations
  • Access to MRS Developers
  • MRS Psychology & Consulting Team

Summary

To recap, if you're only looking to deploy only 360 surveys, then the Basic Plan is what you're after. If you want to run employee engagement surveys, you'll need the Professional Plan.
