The survey is live but I need to edit a respondent's email

Click into My Respondents, type in the respondent's full name into the search box, hit View/Edit and make the appropriate changes. This change will reflect across all surveys the respondent is in. Make sure you head into the the individual surveys and send a reminder to the respondent who's email you just updated.

Checking completion rates for multiple surveys

There are two ways of checking completion rates. First, you can use the Responses tab to see how many respondents have completed their surveys. Then, clinking into the survey respondents page will allow you to see those who have completed, and those that have not.

The second way is to go into Analytics and find the Active Survey Complete Status widget. Download the CSV file and that will show you each survey and the email address of those who have yet to complete.

Can I change the numerical scale? What options are available?

The default numerical scale is 1-5 with 0.5 increments. The other option is to have it from 1-9 with an interval of 1. If you would like to discuss the possiblity of having a custom scale (e.g., 1 - 7), please contact support@multiratersurveys.com).

What are active respondents?

Active respondents refer to how many respondents are in surveys that are Active or Under Development. For instance, a cohort of five 360 surveys each with 10 respondents adds up to 50 active survey respondents. Note, closing the survey will render respondents inactive, and the Active Respondent Counter will decrease per closed survey.

Does a subscription allow for unlimited surveys?

There is no limit to the amount of surveys you can deploy in any of our subscription plans. As long as the Active Respondent counter does not reach its limit, you can deploy as many surveys as you'd like.

Activating and closing multiple surveys

Deploying 360's for a cohort

Instead of manually setting each 360 up, you can first create a template, and upload respondent details. Read this guide here.

Should I use the 360 or 180 survey functionality?

The short answer: if the survey involves an individual and their manager, then select the 180 functionality. These are your Monthly One-on-One's, Performance Reviews, etc. If there are more than 2 overall respondents, use the 360 functionality. In some occasions, an individual may have 2 managers they report to. While the survey is a Performance Review, you need to use the 360 functionality to set them up.

How do I send an individual reminder outside of the auto-reminders?

In Survey Centre, locate the survey the respondent is in. Under Quick Actions, click on the blue icon "View Respondents". Then. either locate or search for the respondent, and hit the send reminder button.
