Article summary

You're now ready for to launch your 360-degree leadership surveys. The questionnaire is set up, the survey settings are attached, and all respondents are added and allocated into their respective groups.

It's time for a final review to make sure everything is set up correctly. Here are the 5 things you should review before launch.

1. Survey Title: Make sure you've given the survey an appropriate title. Remember, the system will automatically allocate a date to it, and also the self-person's name, so keep the title simple. We suggest something along the lines of: Company A Leadership 360.

2. Competencies & Questions: In Step 1: Edit Survey, just below the title, you can a see how many competencies and questions there are in total. We recommend no more than 20 competencies, and 100 total questions. You'll also want to each competency and their questions for any spelling or grammatical mistake. Importantly, if you're using the [FIRSTNAME] tag, make sure you're using the square, and not squiggly brackets. Be sure to hit Preview to review the questionnaire.

3. Email Notifications: Now, you may not require a customized email invite if you are using our default options. However, if you have customized your own, you'll want to ensure that the template includes key hyperlinks:

  • {UNIQUE SURVEY LINK}
  • {SURVEY NAME}
  • {SELF PARTICIPANT FULL NAME}

Make sure the template is saved with a easily identified name, and head back into Step 2: Edit Survey Settings to select it.

4. Respondent Information: It's important to make sure all respondent information was entered correctly. If you need help on uploading respondent info, refer to this guide . We get alot of enquiries where respondents will say they did not receive an invitation to only find out their email address was misspelt. Be sure to click into the Respondent List and ensure emails are correct.

5. White Listing Email: You'll want to make sure the IT Department of the survey respondents have whitelisted info@multiratersurveys.com. This way, it minimizes the chance of respondents not receiving their invites.

If you have any further enquiries, give our FAQs a go. For further assistance, please contact info@multiratersurveys.com.
